Kubra Defamation case: FIA submits report to SHC

Kubra Khan's appeal against certain social media accounts maligning her name and reputation through false allegations is finally in process. Sindh High Court held hearing to resolve issue where Federal Investigation Agency submitted report.

.Since Justice Salahuddin Panhwar was on leave, Chief Justice of Sindh High Court took hold of case and managed formation of second bench. During hearing, FIA on court orders submitted report on aforementioned social media accounts campaigning against Sang-e-Mah actress.

Report stated that FIA has started processing Khan's application and matter has been forwarded to PTA to block all accounts on YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms involved in campaigning against Khan.

She stated that honour and dignity of said female actors were hurt and compromised due to Adil Raja's fabricated allegations. Petition named 27 social media accounts, consisting of 14 Twitter and 13 Instagram accounts that were identified and requested to be blocked.
