PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government spokesperson Barrister Ali Saif said that KP Chief Minister Mahmood Khan would send summary to dissolve KP Assembly to KP Governor Haji Ghulam Ali two days later. Opposition in KP Assembly had submitted requisition in Assembly which impedes dissolution at earliest. Legal experts said Assembly could not be dissolved after submission of requisition. Meanwhile, PTI Chief Imran Khan has summoned a session of party leadership to deliberate on matter of dissolving KP Assembly at his residence in Lahore.

Earlier, Punjab CM Parvez Elahi advised  Punjab Governor to dissolve Punjab Assembly thus raising political temperature high and calls for KP Assembly dissolution. Sources privy to development said PTI leadership had rejected suggestion to delay dissolution of provincial assembly till February and instead assembly could be dissolved tonight.
