Karachi: Korangi Police during crackdown on criminals arrested two of a dacoit gang on tip-off, police said. Two pistols with ammunition and three stolen mobile phones were recovered from possession of arrested accused. Arrested accused were identified as Rizwan alias Ganja and Abid Ali. Arrested accused are habitual criminals and have been arrested and jailed in cases of illegal weapons and robbery before, police claimed.

During initial interrogation it has also been revealed that mobile phones and motorcycles were stolen in different areas of Malir and Korangi district. A case was registered against arrested accused and they were handed over to authorities for further interrogation.
