Kenya Moore (51) and Daly's divorce in May 2021 have been referred to as "World's longest divorce" by broadcaster Andy Cohen. Cohen (54) retorted, "Well, Bethenny [Frankel] has that title but you're going close," alluding to former cast member of The Real Housewives of New York City's contentious split with Jason Hoppy. Moore stated she was "Still not divorced" during RHOA reunion in September.

According to Moore, alimony or child support were not main reason for delay in divorce. "At this moment, he is not requesting anything. It's just at stalemate, so it will continue until we receive trial date or reach settlement." Moore claimed that even though she was still married, her impending divorce did not prevent her from dating. I'm definitely participating in group dating and I'm getting some attention, but nothing serious yet, she admitted. Brooklyn, Moore and Daly's 4-year-old daughter was born in same month of June 2017. In September 2019, less than year later, they had their first breakup. Although they appeared to briefly revive their relationship in February 2020, Daly announced that couple had once again broken up in January 2021 Moore filed for divorce in May of that year, claiming in court papers that she had been living apart from her husband since September 2019 and that their marriage had been irretrievably damaged.–Agencies
