Furthermore, allowed restaurant and warehouse on main gate and few rooms all on vacant land on which managing committee has no authority, they claimed.  Safety and security of residents against fire and other incidents has endangered by deliberately removing emergency exits of buildings violating safety rules and regulations as they were removed to give more way for flats besides violation of spiral stairs on each side of building, residents complained in statement. Aggrieved residents also urged to dissolve current managing committee and conduct fresh elections excluding and black-listing all those who were part of this committee for past 8-10 years.

They government officials have been involved in direct and indirect corruption with other members of managing committee which may include but not limited to monetary gains illegal use of power and position to intimidate residents and members of the said society along with other members of managing committee which needs to be closely looked as Karimabad Cooperative Housing Society falls under purview of your office and Managing Director of Sindh Cooperative Housing Authority.
