ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court’s Justice Sardar Tariq Masood expressed excuse from hearing in chamber appeals with regard to investigation of alleged cypher for regime change in Pakistan. Justice Tariq Masood sent matter to Chief Justice of Pakistan to form new bench for hearing same.

It may be mentioned here that Registrar Office of top court had returned case after raising objections against it. Advocate Zulifqar Bhutta had filed in chamber appeals against objections of Registrar Office.
