ISLAMABAD: Former Minister Fawad Chaudhry said political landscape has now changed, and judiciary is fighting for its survival, not for PTI.Fawad Chaudhry said that judiciary felt that government and establishment, like police and NAB, wanted to bring them under their control. Fawad expressed hope that those running campaign against Azma Bukhari would be caught.

He mentioned that Asif Zardari, Nawaz Sharif are on wrong side of history. He questioned whether Asif Zardari and Nawaz Sharif wanted to align themselves with those who imposed martial law. He stated that number of judges in Supreme Court should be 13. Number increased to 17 due to one judge's preference.

He pointed out that presence of 56,000 cases in Supreme Court is failure of our justice system and stressed need to strengthen session courts and other lower courts. He urged government to ask their people about what happened in court today.

He explained, "If you don't present correct evidence before court, how can they make decision? Remand is for presenting accused before judge." He added that if accused is not presented before judge during remand, then what is use of it? If they want to take remand of PTI founder, they must present him in person.
