JI defeats brother of Sindh Minister Saeed Ghani in LB polls

KARACHI: Brother of central leader of PPP and Sindh Minister Saeed Ghani has been defeated in Local Body (LB) polls in Karachi at hands of JI. PPP fielded Farhan Ghani brother of Saeed Ghani as its candidate for chairmanship in LB polls from UC-3 of Chanesar Town District South.

JI candidate Shah Farman defeated brother of Saeed Ghani. According to unofficial result Shahid Farman of JI has been elected from UC-3 of Chanser Town as Chairman with securing 4,155 votes.
