Jena Malone wrote on Instagram she was experiencing “Swirling combination of emotions” as she shared photo from French countryside that was taken soon after Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2, concluding installment in popular series, was completed in 2015.

While she “Was so full of appreciation for this endeavour,” according to Malone, she also revealed that she “Was going through difficult break up and also was sexually attacked by someone [she] had worked with” at time movie was being made.

Tumultuous mixture of feelings that I am still beginning to sort through, she continued. “I wish it was not connected to such horrible moment for me, but I suppose that is just how life is sometimes. How to balance beauty with turmoil.”

Actress acknowledged that “[Healing] process is so slow and non-linear” and ended her message with, “Much of love to you survivors out there.”

In comment on Malone’s post, actor Willow Shields, who portrayed Primrose Everdeen in Hunger Games movies “I do not know what to say about this post. While process is so slow, I hope you are alright, Jena. I understand.”–Agencies
