ISLAMABAD: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said we will too raise questions when judges enter into our ambit. “Injustice was done with Nawaz Sharif. Full court be constituted and all cases including Panama case be reviewed. Jail bharo drive has failed. Now PTI should launch movement of ‘Doob maro’.
“I want to ask some judges are criticised and why some are not criticised. When judges step into our ambit we will raise question too. Saqib Nisar and Khosa are criticised then why Nasir ul Mulk is not criticised. Those question is for judiciary that why it is so. He held this question has also been raised two assemblies have been dissolved correctly or otherwise. Rewriting Constitution is not mandate of judiciary. Way article 63 has been rewritten, these are its implications. He said injustice was done with Nawaz Sharif by dissolving his government.
Nawaz Sharif was disqualified for life time. Judges remarks are there that transgression was made in Nawaz Sharif case. Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that injustice was done in Nawaz Sharif case.
Way PML-N government was abolished in Punjab is on record. Question has been raised in Supreme Court on abolition of PML-N government, he added. Big question mark has been placed on court and judges. Our salary is Rs 168,000 per month and we don’t receive billions.
Several parliamentarians come to Parliament from Parliament lodges on foot. Judiciary was behind shahadat of Bhutto and constitutional shahadat of Nawaz Sharif, he remarked.
Which community has been held accountable during 75 years. Noor Alam Khan is PAC Chairman. He has sent whom to jail. All eyes are set on Supreme Court now. Maryam Nawaz served jail term. Blood of political workers flows in our base. Those who created Pakistan were not sponsored people like Imran Khan, he stated. He has abused his all benefactors.
He says US has hatched conspiracy. Now he says Gen (retd) Bajwa hatched conspiracy and not US. Gen Bajwa had sent Nawaz Sharif to jail. Which hand feeds him, he amputates this hand.
