Karachi: Glenn Cundari, head coach of International Special Olympic Canada, has said that sports connect hearts, it is not just a game to win a medal, but through sports, the importance of the society, especially the special people of the society, and keeping them together is the real thing.

He expressed these thoughts at the ceremony organized in his honour by Special Olympics Pakistan Chairperson Ronak Lakhani before leaving for Canada after completing the four-day National Coaches Seminar held in Karachi.  Speaking on this occasion, there were other personalities related to sports including Pakistan Olympic Environment Commission member Tahmina Asif, SOP National Director Taha Tahir, Sports Director Farkhanda Jabeen and Consultant Communication Saif Azhar.

“I have tried my best to pass on my experience to the young coaches of Pakistan who I have found to be full of talent. If done, Pakistan's special players can soon be included in the list of the best players in the world. I felt very happy to see the interest of women in the seminar”, Glenn Cundari said and added that I have enjoyed the traditional cuisine of Karachi.
