ISLAMABAD: Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has remarked Islamabad be not made Darra Adam Khel and if magistrate was involved in illegal raid then action be taken against him as well. He remarked if police does not conduct investigation in transparent manner then case will be given to FIA, ISI or NAB.

Petition seeking registration of case against raid of fake journalists on Massage Centre and extortion of money came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri here.

Counsel for petitioner told court private media persons conducted raid and received Rs 575,000. Police and magistrate were not accompanying raiding party. Police are not registering case on complaint of incident.  On demand seeking return of money case of incident was registered. CCTV footage of raid by private persons was run in court room on previous hearing.
