ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has flown into rage in face of volley of bitter questions from journalists. Journalists besieged Ishaq Dar on eve of International Banking conference here and bombarded volley of questions. This state of affairs enraged Ishaq Dar.

When asked "Ishaq Dar Sahb if not reaching agreement with IMF is your failure he replied has Pakistan defaulted. We have made every international payment."

To another question you have got difficult economic situation for first time and you are not succeeding to overcome it, Ishaq Dar flew into rage saying "Give decision what you have to give. I will see later." Later Ishaq Dar avoided to give reply with reference to new budget and IMF and went away.

Meanwhile, Ishaq Dar said that civil and military leadership were on same page against miscreants involved in 9 May incidents who will be brought to justice. Talking to private news channel he said that such incidents should be condemned, adding that government was committed to strengthening national economy and all stakeholders should play their role in this regard.

Criticising Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf he said Khan’s government had “Brought country to brink of default”, but current rulers “Preferred” to save nation instead of its votes. He said that we all have to work together to get country out of crisis due to wrong policies of previous government.

PTI must realise that its dirty politics was not in interests of Pakistan and was also alarming for its future as well, he mentioned.

He said that if Khan was serious about prioritising national interests, he should win trust of nation, state institutions and armed forces and to prove himself that he was not following any foreign agenda.
