inDrive opened first Driver Care Centre in Islamabad

Islamabad: inDrive Pakistan’s most downloaded ride-hailing app of 2022  opens its first office for drivers’ welfare. One-of-a-kind Pitstop has been equipped with various facilities, including free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rest areas, cell phone charging facility, toilets and drinks and amenities that can feel like breath of fresh air during an exhausting day.

Not only will drivers be able to take a deserved break, but they will also be able to participate in free training programmes every week, where they will receive tips on safety, rating system, payment and service policies as well as on how to get more positive ratings and reviews.

“I believe Pakistan is great country with hard-working people and bright future at inDrive we always strive to support people whether it’s passengers or drivers,” stated by Afanasiy Petrov South Asia Business Development Manager.

“This is only beginning and we plan to scale number of activities and programmes for our drivers in next year, said Elena Gotovtseva Marketing Manager South Asia.

Driver Acquisition Manager Pakistan Rao Zaryab said that opening of Pit stop is part of company’s efforts to improve drivers’ welfare and ensure they offer high-quality services for our customers.
