Inconsistent policies, poor economic discipline cause of economy collapsed: Gov Tessori

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori addressing participants of National Security Workshop at Governor's House said that country's economy has been destroyed due to conflicting economic policies and bad economic discipline.
He said that events of May 9 were deliberate conspiracy against national security, our armed forces thwarted this conspiracy with their prudence, patience and restraint. He said that people are facing many challenges including supply of clean water, sewage, solid waste management. Economic situation of country is in front of all of us, this country has given us honour, fame and prestige, now it is time to return it.
We have to work together for development and prosperity of our country. He said that Army Chief General Asim Munir is ahead in economic field as well as protecting borders of country.
Meanwhile, Governor addressing ceremony organised in memory of Amar Shaheed Bhagat Kanwarram at Governor House under Karachi Hindu Dharamshala said that this is message to whole world that we who live in Sindh are one and will remain one.
Every citizen living here, be it Muslim, Hindu or Christian loves their country very much.
Participation of Hindu community in ceremony is also proof of this.
He said that Amar devoted himself to philanthropic work from 1885 to 1939, wherever Sindhis and Pakistanis live, commemorates Shaheed Amar Bhagat Kanwar Ram on November 1 with great enthusiasm. He said that even today, thousands of Sindhi brothers and sisters go to this barren railway station with candles and diyas in their hands to commemorate him. Today we have gathered here to commemorate this great person.
Moreover, Kamran Tessori addressing ceremony held at Arts Council on Gilgit-Baltistan Independence Day congratulated people of Gilgit-Baltistan to get Independence from Dogra Raj. It is blessing and this blessing was achieved by people of Gilgit-Baltistan on November 1, 1947 by getting rid of Dogra Raj. He said that people of Gilgit-Baltistan played significant role in construction and development of Pakistan. He said that on this day we should also remember our brothers of Occupied Kashmir who are victims of oppression by India.
