LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s sons, Kasim and Suleiman Isa arrived in Lahore to meet father after he survived an assassination attempt last week. PTI Lahore’s Twitter handle shared a picture of two announcing their arrival, adding that Punjab minister Mian Aslam Iqbal received them at airport.
Khan’s children are from his former wife Jemima Goldsmith. Couple married in 1995 and separated in 2004. Both sons live with their mother in United Kingdom but visit their father almost every year.
PTI Chief suffered a bullet wound to his leg on November 3 after a gunman opened fire on his container as he was leading PTI’s “Haqeeqi Azadi March” in Wazirabad, Punjab. One person died in incident, while several members of PTI chairman’s close circle, including Senator Faisal Javed, former Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Ahmad Chattha and Imran Yousaf were injured.
