LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan has asked lawyers to be united for thwarting attempts to divide judiciary. Addressing PTI workers and supporters via video link, Imran Khan appealed to legal fraternity to attend lawyers’ convention being organised by Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA). Khan said that rulers are increasing hatred among people by threatening everyone who were resisting their wrongdoings. He reiterated that fair and free elections are only solution to end crisis in country. Imran Khan alleged that PTI social media activists are being abducted from their homes. He criticised that not single democratic country would choose path of torturing political rivals. He further alleged that relatives of political activists are being taken into custody when police officials fail to capture political workers. PTI Chief said that government has failed to get any relaxation from International Monetary Fund to get next tranche of loan. He said that new wave of inflation will hit nation if government manages to sign IMF agreement on tough conditions.
