Karachi: Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha Fakhar Hussain has said that implementation of food standards in the food industry is an assurance to healthy life and it is high time that all stakeholders should work on the same page to achieve the goal of a healthy society free from adultered food items he said speaking as chief guest at 15th Conference Food Safety and Quality Award on the theme ‘Food Standards Save Lives’ at Dream World Resort organised by Consumers Association of Pakistani.

CAP Kaukab Iqbal, Chairman CAP Pimjab Mian Irfan Ikram , Chairperson Women Wing Prof. Dr. Shahana Urooj Kazmi and others highlighted importance of safety standards in the relevant industry. Participants of the event committed to work collectively to upholding food safety standards. In the last, Director General SFA Agha Fakhar Hussain distributed shields, certificates and trophies to outstanding performers in food industry.
