IHC fixes PTI Chief’s plea to appear via video link

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) fixed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan’s plea for appearing before Court via video link in prohibited funding case for hearing today.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jehangiri will hear plea. IHC registrar had objected that Imran Khan failed to verify biometrically.

Earlier, PTI Chief had challenged banking court’s order of January 31 which rejected Imrna Khan’s plea for appearing before court via video link.
