Karachi: The Inspector General of Police Sindh, Riffat Mukhtar Raja has formally approved the introduction/ implementation of the E-Sheet application, marking a pivotal moment in the digitization of administrative processes within the Sindh Police.

During a meeting, presided over by IG Sindh Riffat Mukhtar Raja, it was highlighted as the need for innovative solutions in the administrative affairs of the police force. It was told to the forum that the E-Sheet application aims to streamline data management, covering appointments, transfers, postings, disciplinary actions and others.

DIGP Establishment Sindh, Syed Pir Mohammad Shah, provided insights into the application’s modem and user-friendly features, enabling police personnel to directly address challenges they encounter.  Additionally, the app will cater to the officers in remote areas, eliminating the need for physical visits to respective offices.

Having initially rolled out in the South Zone and SSU during the experimental phase, where it successfully resolved 90% of the administrative issues, the application is now set to be accessible to the police personnel across the Sindh.

A comprehensive training program, involving 500 staff initially focusing on HRMIS, is set to kick off, with subsequent training for all police personnel.  IG Sindh Riffat Mukhtar Raja emphasized the app’s accessibility and practicality for Sindh Police employees, envisioning a harmonized administrative system that improves performance in both field and office duties.
