PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has remarked state has completely failed in providing protection to people and agencies will have to work within constitutional parameters.

Petition regarding missing members of Al-Ghozi family from Hayat Abad came up for hearing before single bench of PHC led by Justice Ijaz Anwar here.  Muhammad Nadir Shahi counsel for 4 kidnapped brothers from Hayat Abad and Advocate General Shah Faisal Itman Khel appeared in court. Court ordered for presenting report framed by Police committee on next hearing.  Justice Ijaz Anwar remarked during hearing of case If state starts such work then people will go where. Responsibility of kidnapping of business men lies with CCP and SSP. Kidnappers are only facilitators. AG told court State has constituted police committee which is investigating vigorously.  Justice Ijaz Anwar remarked AG Sahb has it happened so ever before that committee is constituted and solution to problems is found. Such will continue in country unless executive abides by constitution. Agencies will have to work within constitution and constitutional parameters.

Counsel Awais Babar said their own brother is involved in this matter. Under patronage of police veiled persons kidnapped my clients at 2am night hours before me.  Justice Ijaz Anwar remarked if state lifts people then people should do what. State has completely failed in providing protection to people. This is reason 98 percent business community has abandoned business in KP.
