ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has remarked it has become tradition that one person holds two posts and then Prime Minister should be Chief Minister too and this way decisions will be made soon. Petition against holding of two posts of Chief Commissioner and Chairman CDA by Usman Younus came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb yesterday.

Justice Mian Gulhassan Aurangzeb remarked it has become tradition that one person holds two offices. Court remarked PM then should be CM too. This way decisions will be made soon. If second responsibility is assigned to commissioner, he does not pay enough attention to it. Court while accepting plea of adjournment put off hearing of case till January 30.
