Karachi: On the occasion of National Hockey Day, an event was organized under the auspices of the Hyderabad Olympic Sports Committee. Administrator Hyderabad Club Zahoor Ahmed Lakhan, Committee Chairman Hameed Shah and Secretary Parvez Shaikh cut the cake.It is an honor to reiterate the determination to keep the national sports high, celebrate the National Sports Day and participate in the programs.

Hameed Shah Hyderabad (Parvez Shaikh) A function was organized at Hyderabad Club under the auspices of Hyderabad Divisional Olympic Sports Committee to celebrate National Hockey Day on 9th September. In the event, Hyderabad Club Administrator Zahoor Ahmed Lakhan, Committee Chairman Hameed Shah cut the National Hockey Day cake along with Secretary Pervez Ahmed Sheikh, Mohiuddin Sheikh and other members as guests. On this occasion, Chief Organizer Hameed Shah, Zahoor Ahmed Lakhan, Abdul Jabbar Ansari, Rameez Raja and other participants reiterated their determination to keep all sports, including the national sport hockey, high.They said that it is a matter of honor for us to celebrate the National Sports Day and participate in the programs, exhibition matches and other activities organized accordingly.

On this occasion, a great tribute was paid to the medal winners legends for Pakistan in various fields and prayers were prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the departed heroes.They thanked the organizations that organized such events, especially the s Rao Javed Iqbal founder & Honorary Secretary of the Pakistan Institute of Hockey, for highlighting the day as he advertised in advance regarding this day, thanks to which we also joined this caravan. Mehtab Shah, Mohammad Amin Jhandir, Ahmed Shah, Imran Khan and others also participated in the ceremony.
