ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad fixed March 18 for next hearing of case against PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry for hurling threats at officials of Election Commission besides ordering investigation officer to file challan till next hearing.

Fawad Chaudhry appeared in district and sessions court yesterday. District magistrate Waqas Ahmad heard case. Ali Bukhari and Faisal Chaudhry counsels for Fawad Chaudhry appeared in court.  At inception of hearing court inquired has challan been submitted. Staff members told investigation officer has not filed challan so far.  Court remarked we call investigation officer. As to why he has not filed challan despite passage of 14 days. Faisal Chaudhry counsel for Fawad Chaudhry requested court elections are going to be held on March 16. Therefore date be given after election are held. Court remarked we ascertain from investigation officer.
