Mahira Khan who represents country nationally and internationally, has been unexpectedly targeted by crowd with throwing objects.

However, disconcerting was as it happened not during musical concert but in literary festival which was actually assumed as ‘Disciplined’ ambiance.

Incident has been severely condemned, not only by fans but from prominent showbiz figures Including Kinza Hashmi, Srha Asgr and Rabya Kulsoom. Kinza says, “It’s truly disheartening to see what happened at literature festival.

Mahira is our proud always representing Pakistani with grace, both here and on international platforms. Let’s stand united against such actions and show respect to our stars and women alike.”

Rabya Kulsoom saiys where was security? And why was she asked to announce film or say dialogue and made to sit instead of instantly taking an action and securing her.”
