The dreadful incidents of  terrorism in the country are an opener for the security appartus. The anti-Pakistan game behind the terrorist attack on Chinese engineers in the Shangla district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday  last demands that the security arrangements in the country be tightened, and the groups involved in the attacks should be held accountable.

The message should be made public that the perpetrators of terrorism in Pakistan will not escape punishment. Foreign experts, workers and citizens coming to Pakistan are the responsibility of Pakistan and no negligence should be done to ensure their safety.  If the incident at Bisham is seen in conjunction with other terrorist acts, there is no doubt in this chapter that the groups involved in terrorist attacks and the planners behind them are tagetting Pakistan.  China is a reliable friend of Pakistan. It has a major role in many construction projects of Pakistan. China is Pakistan's reliable partner in all spheres. Whenever Pakistan faced a difficult time, China supported it wholeheartedly. Both the government and the people of Pakistan have great faith in China.  The Karakoram Highway is a prominent example of Pakistan-China friendship, while the construction works seen in many places, including the difficult mountainous areas, are a reflection of Pakistan-China friendship. Efforts have been made for a long time to improve these relations. But since the start of work on the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, the situation has not been digested by Pakistan's enemy i.e. India.  In the same area in 2021, 9 Chinese citizens were killed in an explosion inside a bus. The way the terrorist elements are targeting China's collaboration and cooperation in Pakistan's projects in a determined manner, the ambiguity t       hat was created by bringing forward various justifications for terrorism should be removed.

This whole matter is anti-Pakistan.  CPEC is the manifestation of Pak-China friendship and is the big game-changer project "CPEC"  and all possible efforts are being made by the anti-Pakistan forces to obstruct it.

The details of the incident that took place in Shangla district on Tuesday afternoon show that Chinese engineers are constructing a big dam at Dasu Kohistan. Their convoy was going to their camps under the protection of five vehicles of the security forces when it became the target of a suicide attack on the Karakoram Highway at Besham Lahore Canal.

 The attacker rammed his car full of explosives into a Chinese engineer's car, as a result of which the engineer's car fell into a deep ditch and 6 people in the car were killed, including 5 engineers and a Pakistani driver.

After the incident, the security forces surrounded the area and started a search operation, while the Karakoram highway was closed for traffic from both sides and rescue operations were started.  Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif went to the Chinese Embassy and expressed his condolences to Ambassador  on the incident in Bisham and assured that the perpetrators and facilitators will be thoroughly punished by conducting an investigation soon.  The Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army has also said that the armed forces are determined to eliminate terrorism at any cost.

The  terrorist attack on PNS Siddiq of Pakistan Navy Air Base in Turbat between Monday and Tuesday night shows that terrorists have made fresh plans of terror and sabotage.

It is good that the attack was thwarted, four terrorists were killed and one soldier was martyred.

It shows that our security forces are undoubtedly capable, but the increasing terrorist activities require that arrangements be made more effective in this regard. And if necessary, the hands behind the terrorism should be exposed in front of the world. In fact, it is India which is the main forece behind terrorim in Pakistan. China is the mega investor in Pakistan and the government should not only look after the CPEC affairs but should also guarantee the safety of Chinese engineers and workers in Pakistan. It is  a matter of concern that there is once again  attacks on Chinese nationals, mostly on those working on development projects in Pakistan. The patron of the attacks clearly shows that these attacks are aimed at harming the Pakistan-China relations and to discourage Chinese from working on development projects in Pakistan. In recent years, there are a number of attacks on Chinese national, working on mega projects in Pakistan. The main attacks took place in Dasu,  Karachi and also at the Gwadar East Bay Expressway project in Balochistan, when a Chinese national was injured and two Pak chidden were killed  in an attack on motorcade carrying Chinese personnel was targeted by a suicide attacker. 

China is a time-tested friend and a major investor in Pakistan. India and various militants including the Baloch separatists are against Chinese carrying development work in Pakistan. The Indian secret agency RAW has been involved in all the incidents of terrorism in Pakistan. Daesh, banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, whatever you call them, they are all one for us, they are all being handled from one place, all the incidents that have happened before, Indian intelligence agency RAW is behind them all. Strong evidences of links between terrorist elements from Afghanistan, including the banned TTP, to the Indian agency have also come to light.  In the past, evidence of terrorist activities carried out by terrorists in Pakistan with the help of the Indian intelligence agency has been exposed by the international community.  In recent years, the government of Pakistan has also submitted a dossier in this regard to the Secretary General of the United Nations and it proved impossible for India to deny it.  Pakistan should take decisive action against terrorists inside the country and keep the international community constantly aware of the facts.
