ISLAMABAD: Hearing of NAB amendment case will take place on May 30 in Supreme Court (SC). Call up notices have been issued to respondents. 

PTI founder Imran Khan will appear through video link. Five members larger bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa will hear case.  During previous hearing counsel for government Makhdoom Ali Khan had given arguments on appeal. PTI founder had appeared in court through video link during previous hearing. Court has already directed to present PTI founder through video link in next hearing. KP has requested court to show next hearing live. Plea by KP government was filed through additional advocate general Syed Kausar Ali Shah in beginning of this week.  Plea said that hearing of cases of public interest are made live stream from bench one. Hearing of appeals of NAB amendment case has not been made live stream. It is discriminatory treatment. It is requested that order be issued for live streaming hearing of case. –Online
