Hearing of Shah Mehmood bail plea in cipher case adjourned

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned hearing of bail plea of PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi till today in cipher case.

Bail petition came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Aamer Farooq. During hearing of case junior lawyer to FIA prosecutor Shah Khawar appeared in court and told Shah Khawar is engaged in Supreme Court. Ali Bukhari counsel for Shah Mehmood Qureshi requested for adjourning hearing till 2pm. Court rejected this plea. CJ IHC remarked today is special division bench and we fix it for Wednesday. However court adjourned hearing till today (Wednesday) being non-availability of FIA prosecutor.
