Hearing of petition seeking removal of Imran Khan as PTI head adjourned

ISLAMABAD: Election Commission (EC) has adjourned till November 9 hearing of plea seeking removal of Imran Khan as head of PTI. According to private TV channel matter of debarring  Imran Khan from heading PTI came up for hearing before EC.

Five members bench presided over by Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja took up matter for hearing. Member EC inquired about power of attorney. Barrister Gauhar counsel for PTI said accountable is in jail. We are not allowed to meet chairman PTI during days other than Thursday. I will file my reply on next hearing. EC has already decided case of this nature. EC adjourned hearing of case till November 9.
