ISLAMABAD: Three member larger bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected petition filed against PTI founder Imran Khan for not showing his alleged daughter Tyrian White in nomination papers declaring it non maintainable. 

 Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked there is closed envelope in this file. Open it. There are decision of two judges. Two judges have declared petition non maintainable. Therefore, how can we hear this case further. He gave these remarks.  Petition came up for hearing before three members larger bench of IHC comprising Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz.  Counsel Hamid Ali appeared on behalf of petitioner citizen Muhammad Sajid. Court inquired from Hamid Ali Shah what he says in this regard. What will be its impact if 2 out of 3 judges sign it. Hamid Ali Shah took plea I can assist court after seeing decision. 

Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked when two judges have declared petition non maintainable then how can we give date.  Citizen Sajid Mehmood had requested court to disqualify Imran Khan for not showing his alleged daughter Tyrian White in nomination papers.
