HYDERABAD: Potential tragedy was averted as Hazara Express train, travelling from Karachi to Peshawar, narrowly escaped catastrophic accident. According to reports, one of bogies of train began to break down prompting driver to stop at Bholari Station.

Passengers on board immediately complained of issue and upon further inspection, it was discovered that if train had continued to travel with faulty bogie it could have been completely severed from rest of train.

As precautionary measure, affected bogie was detached from train and train continued on its journey to Peshawar.
