Harassment of PTI leaders case: IHC issues notice to FIA

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to FIA on petition filed by PTI leaders against their harassment by FIA. Petition filed by former federal Minister Umar Ayub against harassment of PTI leaders by FIA came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah here yesterday.

Court inquired during hearing of case what evidence were received that FIA wanted to take action on their basis. Court while summoning FIA senior officer adjourned hearing of case till October 19.
