Pakistani actress and social media sensation Hania Aamir was awarded the prestigious Star of Pakistan award in a ceremony at the UK Parliament’s Jubilee Room.

The event, organized by Samara Events UK, was attended by dignitaries, media personalities, and members of the British-Pakistani community. Labour MP Afzal Khan, along with Dr. Sarah Naseem, wife of Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the UK, and Maria Saroya, CEO of Samara Events UK, presented the award to Aamir.

The award recognizes Hania Aamir’s remarkable international success as an actress, influencer, and cultural ambassador. Known for her roles in popular dramas and films, Aamir has gained immense popularity in Pakistan, India, and across South Asia. Her significant social media following has further cemented her position as one of the most influential celebrities in the region.

During the event, MP Afzal Khan praised Aamir’s contributions to the arts, noting her ability to connect with audiences globally. He said, “Her talent, humility, and impact on the entertainment industry make her a true star, representing Pakistan with pride.”

Upon receiving the award, Hania Aamir expressed her gratitude and emphasized the importance of showcasing Pakistan’s rich culture. She also highlighted art’s power in bridging divides, referencing a memorable moment when Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh invited her on stage during his London concert.
