Hamdard Pakistan partners with decibel BPO for enhanced HRM

KARACHI: Hamdard Pakistan has forged a strategic partnership with Decibel BPO Private Limited to optimize human resource operations and overall management by implementing the Decibel Human Capital Management System. The formal agreement signing took place at the Hamdard Corporate Head Office.

At the signing ceremony, Abu-Talib Bhutto, Group Director of Hamdard Pakistan, and Faisal Qamar, Co-Founder and CEO of Decibel, officially sealed the collaboration on behalf of their respective organizations. Dr. Arshad Saleem, Chief Operating Officer of Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Pakistan, was also present.

Shaharyar Pasha, Head of the Marketing Division at Hamdard, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests. The event saw participation from Decibel representatives as well as directors, deputy directors, and staff from various divisions within Hamdard Pakistan.

Dr. Arshad Saleem underscored the paramount importance of modernizing different facets of organizational management in today's intensely competitive global business landscape. He emphasized that successful organizations leverage contemporary management models and technologies to excel in operations, human resource management, workforce development, planning, monitoring, control, and production.

"This agreement with Decibel reflects Hamdard Pakistan's commitment to further enhance automation in skill development, enterprise and corporate affairs, and operational efficiency, all in the pursuit of advancing healthcare within society," stated Dr. Arshad Saleem. "As a responsible national healthcare organization dedicated to the nation's health, Hamdard Pakistan recognizes the priority of adopting modern technologies to enhance operational efficiency," he added.
