LAHORE: PTI President Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has said no matter government summons Parliament session or Cabinet meetings, it will have to provide funds to Election Commission (EC) at every cost.

Former MPA Farooq Aman Ullah Dreshik, Dur Muhammad Dreshik and Ali Aman Ullah Dreshik met Chaudhry Pervez Elahi here. Pervez Elahi said Shehbaz Sharif has set his personal servants to speak against Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP). Statements given by Interior Minister and Finance Minister on non-holding of election within 90 days negate Supreme Court (SC) decision. No matter government summons Parliament session or Cabinet meetings, it will have to provide funds to EC at every cost, he underlined.  Refusing to sign bill by President Dr Arif Alvi is in line with Constitution and not denial of Constitution, he remarked.

He went on to say president discharged his constitutional obligation by returning unconstitutional bill against judiciary.
