Govt utilises all resources to restore health care infrastructure: Patel

ISLAMABAD: Minister for National Health Services Abdul Qadir Patel said government is utilising all resources to restore health care infrastructure devastated by recent floods, according to a report reaching here.

Talking to German Parliamentary State Secretary for Economic Affairs Cooperation Barbel Kofler in Berlin, he said due to unprecedented natural disaster in Sindh and Balochistan, primary and basic health units were completely destroyed.

Minister said Pakistan needs immediate assistance from international community to restore its health system in flood affected areas. German Parliamentary State Secretary for Economic Affairs Cooperation assured that Germany would continue its full support for flood victims in Pakistan.
