Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples’ Party senior leader Sherry Rehman said that incumbent government has invited Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for special committee on many occasions.

Expressing her thoughts during key Senate session, she said. “PTI had no proposals over constitutional amendment in 10 meetings of parliamentary committee. She acknowledged role of PPP leadership, stating, “PPP had laid foundation of Constitution. 80 percent of clauses of charter of democracy were included through charter of democracy.” Lavishing her praise on PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, she said, “Everybody will acknowledge that Bhutto-Zardari has played vital role for sake of constitutional amendment.” “It is not bad omen to engage in politics, PPP has rendered sacrifices for uplift of politics,” she stated.
