ISLAMABAD: PTI leader Babar Awan has said government has accepted its defeat. He held Nawaz Sharif has placed two conditions for returning to Pakistan. First condition is level playing field be given and secondly Imran Khan be disqualified. Talking to media men outside Election Commission office he said that minorities are getting opportunity for contesting election in Islamabad for first time.

Provincial governments are in place in capitals of other countries. Here election are not taking place. We will not allow them to escape election and will dissolve assemblies. Rulers have devastated country in all respects and federal ministers think they should be pushed behind light of truck.
