Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori in telephonic talks with Chief Secretary, DG Rangers, IGP and Commissioner asked to ensure security measures in province. He appealed political, social and religious parties to show harmony.

Governor Sindh in a statement said that he was confident administration would cooperate with parties in accordance to Constitution and law.  Tessori also got briefing on law and order situation and steps taken in connection with election by the LEAs heads.

DG Rangers Sindh informed the Governor regarding the security plan across the province on the election day. Governor said that peaceful elections should be ensured from Karachi to Kashmore along with the compliance of the code of conduct of the Election Commission.

He further urged the police and the administration to equitably treat all political parties and keep a close eye on any untoward activity of the miscreants.
