Governor Tessori invites UAE investors to invest in province

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori extended an invitation to investors from United Arab Emirates to invest in province, assuring them of full support and cooperation from government.
This invitation was made during one-on-one meeting with UAE Ambassador Ibrahim Salem Alzaabi. Upon Governor’s arrival at UAE Embassy Islamabad, he was welcomed by Ambassador. During their meeting, they discussed bilateral relations, increasing trade, investment opportunities and other important issues.
They also talked about foreign investment in Sindh under Special Investment Facilitation Council. Governor highlighted that 60 percent of Pakistan’s population is youth and government is committed to empowering them with skills. He mentioned that modern IT courses at Governor’s House would help make youth self-reliant. He pointed out that sectors like agriculture and energy in Sindh are attractive for investment and reiterated his invitation to UAE investors, promising all possible assistance. UAE Ambassador expressed that IT courses would increase youth’s inclination towards technology and noted that UAE investors are keenly interested in investing in various sectors of Sindh.
