KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori marked the commencement of a significant air route linking Karachi and Mashhad, Iran, through the inauguration of direct flights facilitated by Taban Air. Upon his arrival at Quaid-e-Azam International Airport, Governor Tesori received a gracious welcome from Iran’s Consul General Hasan Noorain and senior officials representing Taban Air.

The introduction of these direct flights stands as a pivotal initiative, streamlining travel and fostering connectivity between Karachi and Mashhad. Governor Tessori expressed a heartfelt appreciation for Taban Airlines’ presence in Pakistan, underlining its potential to fortify the enduring relationship between Pakistan and Iran. He underscored the importance of such flights in promoting people-to-people ties between the two nations, envisioning increased collaboration and mutual understanding.

Accompanied by Consul General Noorain, Governor Tessori embarked on the inaugural flight to Mashhad, marking the beginning of enhanced accessibility and strengthened relations between Pakistan and Iran.
