KARACHI: Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori has stated that bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Russia in defense, trade, education, and energy holds great significance.

In this regard, Pakistan- Russia joint exercises and mutual collaboration are crucial for regional peace. He expressed these views while addressing the reception ceremony for the Russian Federation's naval ship. Upon his arrival at the event, Governor Sindh was warmly welcomed by the Consul General of the Russian Federation, Andrey Fedorov, the ship's captain, and other crew members.

The event was also attended by Rear Admiral Abdul Muneeb, Commander of the Pakistan Navy Fleet, along with other senior officers. Governor Sindh further remarked that the arrival of Russian naval ships in Karachi will further strengthen maritime cooperation. He expressed his pride in attending this prestigious event and highlighted that Pakistan-Russia relations have continued to grow stronger over time.
