Governor speaks on Dr Allama Iqbal’s acmes in poetry, philosophy

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori in his Poet of the East Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal birth anniversary’s message said that Pakistan is realisation of dream of poet of the East. Allama Muhammad Iqbal not only awakened nation scattered in India through his poetry but also stirred up nation immersed in neglect.

Even today Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal’s poetry is a torch. He said that Allama Iqbal also played an important role in return of Quaid-e-Azam and taking over leadership of Muslim League. Today, country is in dire need of Shaheen of Iqbal. Governor Sindh said that instead of chaos in country, unity and consensus is necessary.
