Governor Sindh, CM Murad, ministers participate in Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH)

Karachi: Melad-ul-Nabi (PBUH) was organised in Governor House. Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and ministers Sharjeel Memon and Imtiaz Sheikh, member of Sindh Assembly Khawaja Izharul Hasan, Administrator Murtaza Wahab, former Mayor Karachi Wasim Akhtar, Dr. Farooq Sattar, Waqar Mehdi, scholars, naat khawan and number of elders of city participated. 

Ashfaq Madani, Adnan Sheikh, Khawar Naqshbandi, Waseem Badami and Siddiq Ismail presented Naat-e-Rasool Maqbool (PBUH) while Haji Abdul Habib Attari gave detailed speech on biography of Prophet (PBUH). Maulana Bashir Farooqui offered special prayer for development and security of country and nation.

Expenses of event were paid by Governor Sindh himself. He said it is matter of honour for to participate in this blessed gathering. It is blessed month of Rabi’ul-Awwal. He said that love and devotion with which scholars and naat reciters have described attributes of Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in this bright gathering and has definitely not only proved to be a source of reward for all of us, but through it we have learned from Prophet.  He said that good of both this world and hereafter is to follow teachings of Prophet (peace be upon him) and we should all make joint efforts to adapt fortress of Islam Pakistan according to life of Prophet (peace be upon him). 

We have to actively participate in government’s efforts to create welfare society. At this time, flood has affected entire province. In this difficult time, we have to help our brothers.  We should try our best to live our lives according to teachings and life of our Holy Prophet (PBUH) and highlight teachings of Prophet (PBUH).
