Governor condemns police assault on Pakistani family by UK police

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has expressed deep concern and regret over unfortunate incident at Manchester Airport, where Pakistani family was subjected to unacceptable treatment by police.

Governor termed incident as "Unbearable" and demanded that President and Prime Minister take immediate notice of situation. Tessori has also extended his sympathies to affected Pakistani family and assured them of his full support.

British-Pakistani family was assaulted by police at Manchester Airport by police officials as disturbing video of incident has gone viral on social media with people demanding action against cops. Reports said family, which also includes an elderly woman, reached Manchester from Qatar when they faced ordeal.

Videos shows policemen pushing man to floor, kicking him while elderly woman can be seen trying to save her beloved one. Another member of family can be seen sitting on nearby bench with his hands tied.
