Gov Tessori’s another busiest day: ‘Meets AIG Odho, IT experts, religious scholars’

Karachi: Moreover Additional IG Karachi Javed Alam Odho and Governor discussed measures to control street crimes, improvement of monitoring system through surveillance cameras and further promotion of community policing. Governor said that security of cattle market should be increased, patrolling on cattle market routes should also be increased. 

In  another meeting Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori said that Information Technology courses for youth to be conducted in Governor House will enable them to earn Rs 3 to 5 lac per month, while working online.  This he said while talking with IT experts Sir Zia and Daniyal Nagori here at Governor House. Selection of Youth for IT Courses, syllabus for same and other related issues were discussed.

Governor Sindh said that it was his mission to train 50,000 youth in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, matavere and web 3. “I want to make Karachi an IT hub of Pakistan as it was country’s economic hub’’, he added. Tessori also appreciated help offered by Sir Zia and Daniyal Nagori and hoped that their expertise would make this programme resounding success.

Meanwhile, delegation of scholars meeting Governor led by religious scholar Mufti Muneebur Rehman discussed understanding, guiding principles of Islam, mischief at sensitive installations and other issues. Governor said that Islam teaches tolerance, tolerance and understanding, in this context scholars should spread real message of Islam from mehrab and pulpit. He said that recent incidents of mischief are intolerable. He said that scholars supported each other in every difficult time. He said that incidents of mischief must be rejected at all levels. Scholars said that recent incidents are very sad and strict action should be taken against the involved elements.

On other hand, Maulana Bashir Farooqui Patron General of Saylani Welfare International Trust and Governor discussed tourism projects in various sectors, initiatives for public welfare and holding of IT courses at Governor House.
