KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and Japanese Ambassador Mitsuhiro Wada discussed bilateral relations, investment, trade promotion and matters of mutual interest.

Governor emphasised that Japanese investors can benefit from province’s diverse sectors and highlighted attractiveness of Sindh’s highly educated, experienced and hardworking youth for investment. He assured that investors are being provided with full cooperation through Sindh Investment and Finance Corporation. Meeting expressed desire to increase trade with Japan and Japanese Ambassador noted that Japanese investors are interested in various sectors of province. Ambassador Wada praised initiatives under Governor’s Initiative and planted tree at Governor’s House as part of tree plantation campaign. He recorded his impressions in visitors’ book. Speaking to media, Governor said that he will discuss providing facilities to Japanese investors with federal government and vowed to strengthen ties between Japanese investors and Pakistani businessmen. This meeting aims to further strengthen bilateral relations and investment ties between Japan and Sindh.
