Gov Tessori expresses grief over demise of President Raisi on Iranian Consulate visit

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori visited Iranian Consulate where he was received by Iranian Consul General Hasan Nooryan. 

Governor expressed condolences on death of Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and others in helicopter accident. He offered fateha. He recorded comments in book. We will never forget services of late President to Muslim ummah. He said that entire Pakistan nation is saddened. Hasan Nooryan expressed gratitude to Governor for expressing his sympathy. He said that relations between Iran and Pakistan should be taken forward.  Meanwhile, Governor Tessori participated in ceremony of Alumni Day under French Consulate. Consul General of France welcomed Governor. Consul Generals of other countries, dignitaries of city participated. Governor presented bouquet to French Consul General. They discussed relations, investment, trade promotion and matters of mutual interest. Alexis Chahtahtinsky on visit to Governor House visited IT marquee, ration drive and Bell of Hope. He praised welfare initiatives of Governor. 

On other hand, Governor Tessori participated in Renewable Forum ceremony as special guest. James Jin President, Meena Region, Longi Solar welcomed Governor. Governor said that there is energy crisis here, I welcome such companies to Pakistan. He said that vast energy opportunities are available in Pakistan, among them coastal areas are considered to be most important of their kind. He said that government has started wind power projects on large scale. Sindh Energy Minister Nasir Hussain Shah also addressed.
