Gov Tessori discusses bilateral ties, exchange of delegations with HC Ghana

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and High Commissioner of Ghana Eric Owusu Boateng discussed bilateral relations, cooperation between Commonwealth countries, investment and exchange of delegations. Eric Owusu Boateng along with Sindh Governor also rang bell of hope. Governor informed High Commissioner about aim of bell of hope. Later, High Commissioner inspected ration bags distributed under powerful Pakistan.
He visited leader’s room and examined items used by Father of Nation. Governor said that Pakistan-Ghana bilateral relations are becoming more stable with time, in this context role of Pakistan-Ghana Association is very prominent. He added Ghana is one of important countries in Africa, increasing mutual trade both. It will be beneficial for countries.

Governor gave reception in honour of Consul General of Qatar Mishaal Muhammad AA Al Ansari at Governor House. Maulana Bashir Farooqi, head of Saylani International Trust, JDC leader Zafar Abbas and consuls of various countries were present. Members of business community and people from different fields were also present.
Moreover, Kamran Tessori signed and endorsed 5 bills passed by Provincial Assembly. These include Sindh Workers Welfare Fund Amendment Bill 2023, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology University Bill 2023, AL-KAWTHAR University Bill 2023, Prohibition of Interest on Private Loans Bill 2023 and Martyrs’ Compensation Amendment Bill 2023.
