Gov Tessori, DG Rangers discuss law and order, matters of mutual interest

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori met Director General Pakistan Rangers Sindh Major General Azhar Waqas at Rangers Headquarters. In meeting, establishment of law and order in province, role of Rangers in this regard and other issues of mutual interest were discussed. Governor said that Rangers is playing an important role in establishing peace and order.

Meanwhile, Governor said that every month 2 million ration bags will be delivered to homes of white-clad people through courier service. He expressed these views addressing inauguration ceremony of Pamanat Pakistan with support of JDC and Unity Foods. Chairperson powerful Pakistan Idris Gyi, JDC chief Zafar Abbas and others were present. Governor said that with ration package, white-clad families will be able to meet their Suhri and Iftar needs. Kamran said that recipients should pray to Allah Almighty for receiving this ration package because your prayers are definitely accepted.

Briefing Governor on distribution of ration package, Chief said that Unity Foods and JDC are distributing ration package from today, more than one million deserving people have been registered under state of art digital platform. On other hand Tessori said that services of WHO and Rotary are valuable for eradication of polio from all over world including Pakistan. He said that role of Haji Hanif Tayyab is of historical importance for ending resistance in name of religion. Kamran Tesori said that few cases are being reported from Afghanistan ­and Border areas. He added that Pakistan will become polio free like other countries of world with support.
